One of our project managers will contact you after a form is submitted. He/she will be your point of contact going forward. If you sign on with a maintenance or support ticket package, you will work directly with our webmaster on receiving any support needed.
If your website has any issues after launch, we support it free of charge for one month. After that, we will fix any major issues that arise with our maintenance package or support tickets. Without these packages, our a la carte hourly rate applies for support at $100/h.
