Social Media for Calgary’s Family Entertainment Hub
Starting with a comprehensive marketing strategy, we were able to target two main goals for The Big Box: 1) to create a long term returning customer base, 2) to raise brand awareness and attract new customers. To approach this, our digital marketing team generated a consistent feed to stay at the top-of-mind for parents planning birthday parties and fun-filled excursions. Through amazing photography of the facilities, we are able to share activities for parents to see as inspiration for an exciting day of play (seasonal, holiday, special events, spontaneous occasions). Our goal is to interact with the inner-child of every parent through relatable content.
As Calgary’s family-favourite indoor playground and arcade, The Big Box location is fully equipped to achieve every child’s fun-filled fantasy all-year long. We wanted to differentiate The Big Box through their versatility, safety-driven and spacious atmosphere that allows parents to feel comfortable and have as much fun as their children. Through exciting and captivating graphic posts, we are able to promote The Big Box’s premium venue space while maintaining leading brand recognition. Through their social media engagement on Facebook and Instagram, we are able to convert loyal followings into returning customers and share promotions and specials to keep customers informed of upcoming happenings!
